Shipping policy

Please not we currently only ship within the UK

Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days at additional set cost from £3.50 per delivery.  This cost will be added to your basket before final payment.

Delivery costs are weight dependent so our £3.50 option is for orders up to 2kg and will go by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.

Delivery cost after 2kg may vary and will be sent via Royal Mail/UPS with 1-3 day delivery and are priced from £6 dependant on weight. Weight and delivery costs will be calculated in your shopping basket

If you wish to return the goods ordered, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will refund returned goods within 28 days. We must be notified of incorrect or damaged orders within 7 days of receipt. Any damaged goods will be replaced by us, we may ask for photographic evidence to allow us to claim back this cost from Royal Mail, so any photos of damaged parcels would be ideal, if they arrive damaged. If you cancel an order after despatch, this will incur a 10% surcharge. All return costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement as soon as we can and will follow up with the delivery company to claim on the lost goods

We also do not accept responsibility when a parcel has been delivered, but the customer is claiming that the parcel was not received. (ie shared entrances to flats or apartments) it is the customers responsibility to provide a secure delivery address. We recommend that you send parcels to places of work where there are generally people around all day to receive. If you do not have a secure address we can send a parcel to collection point where it will be securely saved until you are able to collect.

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 10% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.
