Prep Your Skin: Start with clean, dry skin. Apply a few drops of your preferred Natural Face Oil to ensure the gua sha tool glides smoothly without tugging the skin.

Hold the Tool Correctly: Hold the Steel Gua Sha at a 15-degree angle (almost flat) against your skin for the best results.

Start at the Neck:

Begin at the base of your neck, gently stroking upward towards the jawline.
Repeat each stroke 3-5 times on each side to promote lymphatic drainage.
Move to the Jawline:

Using the curved edge of the gua sha, sweep from the center of your chin along your jawline towards your ear.
Apply gentle pressure and repeat 3-5 times on each side.
Cheeks & Under-Eyes:

Glide the tool from the side of your nose, outward across your cheekbones towards your temples.
For the under-eye area, use a lighter touch, sweeping from the inner corner to the outer corner of your eye.
Forehead:

Starting at the center of your forehead, stroke outward towards your hairline.
For a lifting effect, stroke upward from the eyebrows to the hairline.
Post-Use: Wipe the gua sha clean with a soft cloth or wash with gentle soap and water after each use. Store it in the fridge for an extra cooling effect.

For best results, use 2-3 times per week to sculpt, depuff, and enhance your skin’s natural glow.
